Audi hat sich gemeldet // Audi called me

Was soll ich sagen, der Anruf von Audi kam in der Tat noch im Laufe des gestrigen Tages. Nur leider hat sich das Warten in keinsterweise gelohnt, da Audi selbst keine Informationen rausgibt und alles über den jeweiligen Händler läuft. Was in meinem Fall dazu geführt hat, dass die Audi Hotline sich mit meinem Händler auseinandergesetzt hat, um mir dann wiederum eine Lieferung im März mitzuteilen. Daher wieder mal einen Monat nach hinten gerutscht und selbstverständlich auch wieder ohne jegliche Verbindlichkeit. 

Dementsprechend habe ich gestern noch um Ersatzmobilität gebeten und bin gespannt welches feedback ich an dieser Stelle erhalte.

Zusätzlich kläre ich gerade über mein Leasingunternehmen welche Möglichkeit der Stornierung besteht und ob das Model Y eine Alternative sein könnte. Wenn dieses der Fall sein sollte, werde ich ernsthaft Audi den Rücken zu kehren und meine Konzequenzen aus dem Handeln der AG zu ziehen. Ich werde Euch selbstverständlich auf dem Laufenden halten ..

What can I say, the call from Audi did indeed come during the course of yesterday. Unfortunately, the wait was not worth it in any way, because Audi itself does not give out any information and everything runs through the respective dealer. What in my case has led to the fact that the Audi hotline has dealt with my dealer, to then again tell me a delivery in March. Therefore, once again slipped a month back and of course again without any binding force. 

Accordingly, I have asked yesterday for replacement mobility and am curious which feedback I get at this point.

In addition, I am currently clarifying through my leasing company what possibility of cancellation exists and whether the Model Y could be an alternative. If this should be the case, I will seriously turn my back on Audi and draw my consequences from the actions of the AG. I will of course keep you up to date ...
